Frequently Asked Questions

What people ask about how Likidera works, data security, deployment and licensing.

Is Likidera an ERP?

No. Likidera is not accounting or ERP software and does not post accounting entries. It uses the counterparty, invoice and due-date lists you export from your ERP to forecast your daily cash balances for the days ahead.

How does our data get into Likidera?

Data comes in as files, whichever bank and ERP you use. You upload your bank statements and the counterparty, invoice and due-date lists from your ERP, so you never enter the same information twice. No live bank connection and no development work in your ERP are needed. The only data fetched automatically is the daily central-bank exchange rates, over the internet.

Which banks does Likidera work with?

Likidera works with statements from any bank. Statement formats for the 15 most widely used banks in Türkiye are ready to use. If you use a different bank, you map its format once, and Likidera recognises it on every later import. The same applies to statements from banks abroad. Cash vaults are added just like bank accounts.

What does our IT team need to do?

Your IT team's main job is to install Likidera on your company's infrastructure and set up user permissions. Likidera is a Windows application running on Microsoft SQL Server, and no development work is needed in your ERP. Once installation and configuration are done, your finance team uses Likidera day to day.

Does our data ever leave the company?

No. Likidera runs on your company's own server. Bank statements, cash forecasts and other financial data are kept in your own database. No cloud service is used to store your data.

Does Likidera need an internet connection?

An internet connection is needed only to fetch the daily central-bank exchange rates. Bank statements, cash forecasts and the database stay on your company's infrastructure. If the rates cannot be fetched, the Dashboard says so and shows foreign-currency balances unconverted, at a rate of 1, until the rates are updated.

Does Likidera move money?

No. Likidera does not transfer money or send payment instructions to banks. It matches payments to their invoices, and payments above a threshold you set wait for a second approval. Once you have made the payment through your bank, you mark the record as paid in Likidera.

What do available liquidity and cash runway mean?

Available liquidity is the financial resources you can reach at short notice: cash, near-cash assets you can turn into cash within 1–3 days, and undrawn credit lines. Cash runway shows how many days your current cash will last according to the forecast. It is calculated from your cash flow forecast, not from general averages.

How much history is needed for a reliable forecast?

Likidera builds a cash forecast from your existing receivable and payable due dates from day one; no history is needed for that. The methods that analyse seasonality, aging and counterparties' payment habits grow stronger as history builds up. Until they are dependable, Likidera marks them “insufficient history” rather than showing a figure it cannot support.

Can we load past statements?

Yes. You can import bank statements from past periods into Likidera; each statement is loaded with the date range it covers. The forecasting methods that analyse seasonality and payment habits also work with that history from day one. Overlapping date ranges are caught during import, so no record is processed twice.

Are taxes and loan repayments included in the cash forecast?

Yes. Statutory tax deadlines and loan repayment schedules are included in the cash flow forecast along with invoices and recurring items, so the balance you see includes them. You see upcoming payment obligations inside your cash plan. The tax calendar supports cash planning; it does not replace tax advice.

How can we track foreign companies and foreign-currency accounts?

Likidera works in 38 currencies. Each account balance is shown in its own currency, along with the amount converted into your reporting currency at the daily central-bank rate. You can follow the group companies' total cash position in the currency you choose. Each company's records are kept separately; the group total comes together on the Consolidated Dashboard. The interface runs in Turkish or English; each user picks their own language.

Is there a trial version of Likidera?

No. Likidera has no trial version you can download and use on your own; it is installed on your company's own infrastructure. You can see Likidera in a one-to-one demo call run on your own bank statements and financial data.

How long does installation take?

Installation time depends on your company's infrastructure and needs. During installation, a wizard asks in turn for the database, the Owner account, the company profile and the bank accounts. On a typical installation we work to this plan: the first statement is imported on day one; within the first week all accounts are set up and the forecast is running; by week four users and roles are defined and the audit log is live. This plan is not a time commitment for your company.

What affects the price?

The price depends on three things: a base licence, the number of users and the number of companies you run in Likidera. The base licence covers up to two companies. The licence fee is paid once. We give you a price quote that fits your company's structure in the demo call.

What happens to our data if we stop using Likidera?

Because Likidera runs on your company's own infrastructure, your data stays under your company's control. You can export any list to Excel and take a full backup of the database from inside the application; the statements are the files you uploaded in the first place. Since nothing is changed in your ERP, stopping Likidera does not affect your ERP records.

What happens after you request a demo?

  1. We get in touch

Once your request reaches us, we find a time to talk. We firm up the price quote in that call too, based on your number of companies and users.

  2. We explore Likidera with your own data

In the call, we look at your company's cash flow and forecast balances in Likidera, using your bank statement and counterparty list.

  3. We talk through licensing and installation

We cover licensing and installation in the call. Nothing is installed on your company's server until you have made your decision.
