Daily Work
Track your cash position and daily work side by side
Start the day with your company's cash position. Your current cash balance, the resources you can draw on when needed and roughly how many days your cash will last are all on the same screen.
The Daily Tasks screen lists overdue receivables and payables, recurring items falling due and forecast entries that need follow-up. Tasks can be handled in bulk or postponed. Every closed task keeps its reason, so your history stays in order.
Tax obligations such as VAT, withholding tax and stamp duty are tracked in the Tax Calendar. Unpaid ones appear in the cash forecast as outflows, so keep payment statuses up to date. The calendar is a planning template, not a substitute for tax advice.
- Cash position
- The total of the balances in all your accounts, converted into your reporting currency at the current central-bank rate.
- Available liquidity
- Near-cash assets you can reach within one to three days and undrawn credit lines, on top of the cash you hold.
- Cash runway
- How many days your current cash will last, calculated from the daily cash forecast rather than average spending.
Working capital
Which invoice to chase, and in what order to pay
Receivables and payables are tracked by due date, days overdue and expected payment date. Invoice details stay in your ERP; Likidera uses the core information cash planning needs.
Each record shows the customer or supplier, reference, amount and due date. Receivables and payables are grouped by days overdue: current, 1–30, 31–60, 61–90 and over 90 days. Days sales outstanding (DSO) is tracked per customer and days payable outstanding (DPO) per supplier. Unpaid receivables and payables are part of the cash forecast, so you see in advance which collections and payments will hit your cash flow, and when.
The Collections screen ranks overdue receivables by dunning stage and amount at risk. For each item, Likidera suggests a next step: send a reminder, escalate to a manager or issue a final notice. Likidera supports the follow-up; your team carries out the actions.
The Payment Optimization screen shows early-payment discounts and what they are worth. Compare each discount's implied annual rate with your cost of funds to decide which payments to bring forward.
Payments above the threshold you set need a second approval, and the person who records a payment cannot approve it. Payment decisions take both cost and your internal approval rules into account.
Getting data in
Import bank statements and ERP data in four steps
Because statements and ERP lists arrive as files, Likidera works with any bank and any ERP. Statement formats for 15 banks in Türkiye are already defined. If your format is different, you map its columns once and save them as an import profile; later uploads use the same profile.
-
Upload
Upload your bank statement or ERP list as a file.
-
Mapping
Likidera matches the columns in the file to the right fields. You can save a new format as a profile for later imports.
-
Preview
Review the data before it is saved and correct any misread fields.
-
Result
When the import finishes, you see the result: duplicate rows are filtered out and rows that could not be imported are reported.
The status of each import, and any errors, stay visible afterwards; if needed, you can roll back the records an import created.
In bank reconciliation, Likidera matches movements in four steps: exact match, bank reference, amount and description similarity, and finally the sum of several records. Unmatched movements are listed as exceptions, and the final decision is yours.
Bank movements are classified with 93 categories based on IAS 7, in five groups: operating, tax, investing, financing and internal. You can add categories of your own as needed.
Corrections are made as reversing entries, so past records stay traceable. Nothing can be back-dated into a closed period.
You can export lists to Excel and carry on your analysis there. When you close a bank account, a wizard guides you through its balance, recurring items and pending entries step by step.
Cash & Liquidity
Cash you can use today and short-term liquidity
Cash on hand, resources you can reach at short notice and term investments are tracked separately. Credit lines, repayment schedules and balances in other currencies sit alongside the cash forecast.
Cash in bank accounts and safes is tracked separately from assets you can reach at short notice. Available liquidity covers cash plus near-cash assets such as money-market funds and treasury bills, and undrawn credit lines. Term deposits are kept apart as short-term assets, so they are never mixed up with resources you can reach today.
Cash runway shows how many days your current cash will last according to the daily forecast. Liquidity runway also counts the resources you can reach at short notice. Look at the two together to assess your cash outlook for the period ahead.
Account balances are tracked against the thresholds you set. Cash that stays above the threshold for longer than the period you set is flagged as idle, and the options for it are compared by annual return. The maturity of the investment you choose is carried into the cash forecast.
Loans, credit lines, leasing and factoring, letters of guarantee and other funding items are tracked in one place, each with its limit, amount drawn, amount left and interest terms. Repayments enter your cash plan on their own dates and amounts, not as rough monthly figures. Covenants, the financial conditions in your loan agreements such as minimum cash, current ratio and debt to equity, are monitored without waiting for quarter end.
Balances in 38 currencies, gold and silver included, are shown in your reporting currency at daily central-bank rates. Details such as bank branches, accounts, credit facilities and authorised signatories are kept in Bank Relationships.
Consolidation
The group's cash position on one screen
Each company's records stay separate, while the group's total cash position, cash forecast and inter-company transfers appear together.
On the Consolidated Dashboard, compare each company's cash, receivables, payables and net position. It also shows company-level details, how the totals break down by currency and which conversion rates were used.
The Consolidated Forecast brings the group companies' cash forecasts together. With their cash runways side by side, it becomes clear which company may need cash, and when.
Plan inter-company transfers with the currency conversion applied; each transfer is recorded in both companies' books, so movements within the group stay traceable. Your bank still makes the transfer.
Budgeting & Profitability
How far do actuals stray from budget?
Each category's budget and actual amount sit on the same screen, and the gap between them shows budget performance. The annual budget can be spread across the months, or each month's target set on its own.
Follow monthly variances by category and the year-to-date totals. Green, amber and red marks show how far actual has moved from plan, and overspending and under-earning both show red, because either one costs you cash.
The Category Analysis screen shows the trend, monthly change and seasonality of income and expense categories. Movements outside their usual range are flagged, so changes affecting your budget stand out.
The waterfall chart in the Board Report shows the change from opening to closing balance category by category. Budget figures come from the same data as the rest of the application, so you do not need a separate sheet for the board.
