See your cash flow before it happens

Likidera uses your bank statements and the lists you export from your ERP to forecast your cash balance for each day ahead. You see upcoming payments and collections, your cash needs and possible shortfalls ahead of time.

Everyday questions

Which questions does Likidera answer every day?

The answers rest on your company's data and update with every new import.

  1. How much cash will be left in the account on payday?

The forecast shows the balance for each coming day, so you know today how much cash will be left in your accounts after payroll.

  2. What is the group companies' total cash position?

The group companies' account balances are converted into your reporting currency and shown together on the Consolidated Dashboard, with each company's cash position and the group total on the same screen.

  3. How far do our cash forecasts deviate?

Every forecast is compared with the actual balances. The gap between forecast and actual is measured separately at 1, 7, 30 and 90 days ahead.

  4. What happens if tax and payroll payments fall in the same period?

Tax due dates and payroll are both part of the cash flow forecast. You spot payments that fall in the same period ahead of time and plan your cash needs accordingly.

Alongside your ERP

Your ERP keeps the records; Likidera does the cash forecast

Your records stay in your ERP. Likidera uses the lists you export from your ERP as files and forecasts how your cash position will change over the coming days.

Your ERP

Financial records are kept here

Likidera takes counterparty, invoice and due-date lists from files; it does not change your ERP records.

Likidera

It forecasts your future cash position

It calculates a forecast balance for each day ahead. As new statements and data come in, it updates the forecast and measures its accuracy against actual results.

You can start with your finance team's existing file process, without any extra development on your ERP.

Likidera focuses on what day-to-day finance management needs, above all cash flow forecasting, working with multiple currencies and group consolidation.

Who it is for

Which companies is Likidera right for?

If you manage several bank accounts, have regular collections and payments, and track your cash in spreadsheets, Likidera can make your work easier.

For groups running several companies or currencies, keeping the cash position up to date in a single sheet can be even harder. Likidera brings this information together, so you follow your current cash position and future needs in one place.

If your needs are basic, a spreadsheet may be enough.

Where it fits

  • Companies working in several currencies and managing several bank accounts
  • Businesses with a regular schedule of collections and payments
  • Finance teams tracking cash by hand in Excel spreadsheets
  • Groups that want to monitor several companies' cash on a consolidated basis

Where it does not

  • Those who can easily follow a single bank account in their banking app
  • Businesses looking for accounting and bookkeeping software
  • Those who want to transfer money directly through the software

If you stop using Likidera, the records in your ERP stay unchanged. Your bank statements are still files you hold, and you can export the lists in Likidera to Excel.
